The procedure for selecting items on the site is easy. Delivery was fast (unlike my purchase from the previous year.) However, once the order is sent and paid for, it would be nice and useful for the customer to be informed of the delivery time.
For me, the items are quite satisfactory (quality and look!)

Hat received very quickly (2 days). Very good quality, I chose a model made in Europe and I am not disappointed. This site is reliable unlike many other sites that resell low-quality hats bought on more expensive Asian platforms...

Delivery methods modified due to a problem encountered with the pickup point, but without impacting the proximity of the pickup point or the announced delay? Quality article, remains to see its durability over time.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The warm cap is the traditional model for locomotive drivers.
If the model does not fit, it is of course possible to exchange it.
We have caps either gavroche or Irish which are wider.
As for the size, did you check it with an andrometric?
It is possible once again to exchange it.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien

I found the TRACLET site on Google and that's how I noticed the great choice of items. The order was placed very easily, the tracking was clear and the delivery was very easy as the delivery person called me to inform me of his arrival in the following minutes. The ordered item was well packaged and the package was intact. Thank you again for the quality of the service.
