Thank you for sending us a photo at [email protected]
To verify that you received the correct berets.
Indeed, the quality of the berets from the brand Le Béret Français is recognized.
We therefore need to verify, and if that is the case, we will escalate the information that you are not satisfied.
Finally, for the packaging when sending two berets, we put them in new bubble envelopes.
If the packaging has an issue upon receipt, please refuse the package to make the claims with the post office.

The hat is superb and as indicated on the site I took a smaller size (S for head circumference 56) and it fits me like a glove.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us for this manufacturing delay, but unfortunately, the manufacturing being on vacation in August, we could only have them by the end of September.
We hope that the hats give you complete satisfaction.
