Practically a month delay between the acknowledgment of receipt of my order and the delivery without any news. In communication, you could do better!

The hat is of very good quality and the adjustment of the head circumference allows it to fit well.

very good site, easy order taking, good communication, very good delivery but the quality is not perfect: the band that is in contact with the head is a bit loose and is not padded. The price is very correct in relation to the quality of the delivered product.

Delivery time of 2 weeks announced, in reality double! This purchase was for a birthday, I wrote an email to find out where my order was, no response... 2 days later I received my package, 1/2 day later, I would have canceled my order! Big lack of tracking and information.

Good quality product. Fast delivery.
It's a very wide hat, maybe too wide, it needs at least a second photo to show it!

The website was well designed, However, the name of the hat I purchased was labeled differently in the English version of the site from the title in French which was confusing. Other than that, I enjoyed using the site.

I had to call back, my order being forgotten..... and the delivery was made late to a pickup point not chosen, further away from my home.

The only small inconvenience was that the received package was torn and open. Condition reported to Colissimo. But the hat was intact. Perhaps the person responsible for the deterioration of the package did not have the same head size as me? Who knows?
