Hat taken in size 58 is a bit large compared to an old one of this size. See the quality in use.

Product ordered on 12/06/2023 with a delay of two weeks.
Received on 12/28/2023. I did not find customer service very responsive.
The hat seems to be of good quality, to see over time.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Please excuse us for this week's delay.
An email was sent to indicate a delay of two weeks, but then we did not send this week's delay. Finally, a follow-up email was sent to you.
We hope that the hat will give you complete satisfaction.
Remaining at your disposal.
Best regards
Traclet Sébastien

Great service with a tracked delivery to the UK. The hat was as described and one of the few places in Europe I could find it at a reasonable price. Very good!

Good evening,
I was lucky because when I typed in my search engine, the Taclet hat shop appeared. An online store that has a multitude of hats. Therefore, you can find your happiness there. And I found mine.
So cool

Correct product, however the site is not up to date regarding product availability and there is no email to inform of a longer delivery time than expected.

Chapka ordered in November and received just before Christmas. The chapka is well made and very beautiful. Small downside, it lacks the 'Made in' label and it arrived just in time a few days before Christmas. I was a bit worried... But it's perfect.

Order received and hat fully compliant with the description and of good quality. However, ordered on 09/11/23 with a delay announced on the site of 2 to 3 weeks, then not being able to contact you by phone while not seeing the order coming, the site then indicated on this product a wait for restocking. Effective delivery on 27/12/23! It happens but it was long ...
