A comprehensive website offering a wide selection of headwear, and an easy-to-use site! Traclet has not given up on large sizes (my head size is 63), and this point should be highlighted. The products are of good quality... And the fact that the store is located in the Loire is a plus!

I had made an exchange for a model that didn't fit me. The voucher was valid for more than a year. I just used it. No issues, fast delivery. The product is great and the size choice is well advised.

One question; is beige the new khaki?
When I look at the delivered hat and the one ordered, the color does not match what is announced. I was expecting a khaki hat and I discover that the inner border is khaki but the hat is beige (Tilley hâte)

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 21/04/2023

Hello
the ltm6 hat in khaki is khaki in color with an olive underside. The beige or natural color is a very light beige as well as the underside of the edges.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards

Everything was very good: satisfactory products, fast delivery, practical and complete website... Only downside: the package was a bit damaged because it was too big to fit in my standard mailbox. But the contents were intact. The belt without a buckle is a great product.
