Given that I still have not received my order placed more than a month ago, I do not see how I can rate you better.
Moreover, it was necessary for me to follow up to get news about my order.

Hello
please excuse us for this manufacturing delay for the leather gavroche cap in size 62 cm. Indeed, normally the manufacturing delay is 2-3 weeks but an additional week was necessary for this large size.
According to the postal tracking, the package should be delivered to you today, Tuesday, July 26.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards

The hat perfectly matches the quality I wanted for a good quality-price ratio. The package arrived 'visited' by an unkind delivery person but it seems the hat didn't please him...

The site is very well done, there is good communication after purchase. The only problem is the state of the delivery box. Indeed, it was quite torn and dented when it was delivered to me. However, the hat inside was barely dented, nothing serious.

Serious site easier to use on a computer than on mobile but still manageable on mobile. Delivery in a few days is convenient as it is possible in parcel relay including the Post Office sites.

Hello,
I had made a comment when I placed my order, to put a foam or cork band so that the hat fits perfectly to my head size. (by the way, it is well indicated on your site to take the larger size if you are between two sizes, and to adjust with these bands.) Anyway, no band in the package. If you could send them to me, that would be perfect.

Despite the unavailability of the long-awaited hat for 2 years, the alert I set allowed me to place this order which delights me. Everything was perfect, from the order to the reception from the delivery person.

With Chapellerie Traclet, everything is absolutely perfect, excellent. The quality of the products, the quality of the package, the hyper-fast delivery and the beautiful packaging with ribbon when the purchased hat is a gift. Many thanks to the entire team at Chapellerie de Roanne who deserves much more than 5 stars.
