I am very satisfied with my order. This is the second hat I order from the Traclet site. The delivery was a bit long (about 3 weeks) but it's quite understandable given the current health conditions. The two Italian hats are beautiful, of good quality, arrived in careful packaging.

I ordered a hat that I received two or three days later. I saw some negative reviews online. It's nonsense. I'm very happy. Hello.

Satisfaction is not complete because the delivered cap is not the color mentioned on the site. When you buy an anthracite gray color, you expect the reflection of the selected shade... however, the model received is BLACK, completely black for the outer part (visible) and only 'Scottish' gray for the underside of the visor!!
You will easily understand our dissatisfaction!!! However, my husband decided to keep the cap because the size suited him.

Very clear and intuitive site, a very large choice of products. The sellers are very friendly and available. (I made a mistake in my order regarding the size, the seller was super understanding) The Stetson (melon) hat perfectly meets my expectations, it's great! The packaging, there's nothing to complain about and delivered within 48 hours. What more can I say, thank you and see you very soon for the next order.

Excellent telephone support, product arrived 2 days later. Perfect. It was a chapka and it runs small, the XXXL is barely a 60. Important for people to know. Thank you!
