Fast delivery in 3 days in good packaging. Very nice product. Good size. However, I had to call directly because the color initially chosen was still announced as awaiting restocking within two weeks while according to my friendly contact it would no longer be deliverable.

Matches the description. Nice hat. Too bad there are lots of threads sticking out, it didn't look clean. A few snips of scissors fixed that.

As requested, despite the loss of the package, we have refunded you via PayPal.
We offered to resend it as soon as we had the hat.
But as explained, the brand is American and as we know, currently in the USA with COVID, many companies are closed.
This therefore causes delays in our restocking.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards
