I ordered a hat, which was available at the time of the order. However, it was quickly noted as 'out of stock'. When I requested a refund after more than a month and still out of stock, I was delivered within 48 hours. The hat is very beautiful and of very nice quality! This made the experience ultimately satisfactory.

The hat is as I ordered but it was delivered much later than anticipated and only after I had sent them an inquiry about when it would be delivered.

The delivery was fast. The hat was damaged and could not be worn. One of the riveted snap buttons was missing. I informed Traclet of this, and they did not respond.

Very good, the site is functional. The prices are correct. My order for the Auckland traveller hat, cotton, color Khaki & hazelnut, perfect, the colors are discreet. Now let's see over time how it will evolve, in terms of hold and shade. For now, I validate. The delivery went very well.
