Delivery a little slow (due to a staff absence) but efficient! However, a small lack of communication concerning the preparation of the delivery, which took several days without any indication of the waiting time (e.g.: your order will be prepared in 2 days) would have been nice.

I have never met such a serious company, they are courteous, there are almost never any problems with orders and when there are they send an email directly and propose solutions. Even during the holiday season, they send parcels very quickly. In the end, everything is perfect. :D

I didn't receive my parcel because the chosen post office closed for vacations (quite unbelievable) and instead of contacting me to find out where I wanted it delivered, the post office supposedly had it delivered to the nearest post office. I received a message that it had been withdrawn, I don't understand what happened. I'm very disappointed because I'm going to give it to my godson for Christmas and in the end I got nothing.
