It should be specified that the reservation must be made in advance, we struggled a bit with the reservation in front of the door, this may be due to my age 😂 73 years old 😂 A very quick phone assistance was able to help us. A very good solution.

Very convenient access and well located. BUT when you arrive with a 20kg suitcase and have a locker up high, it's very difficult! It would be good to ask if you want a locker on the bottom or if it doesn't matter.

In case of technical problems, our hotline can help you open your locker or the door, assist you in the booking process, or send a technician in case of more serious issues. You could have contacted them to request a locker change. We would have been very happy to change your locker for you. You will also find a large number of answers to questions you may have by consulting the FAQ section of our website. The answers provided are in 6 languages. After the credit card was charged, confirmation email was sent with passcode section saying ERROR. Contacted emergency phone number but got auto-reply and cut off. This was Thursday afternoon, normal working hours. I was not able to use the locker at all, and still the card was charged. Extremely frustrated with the experience.no star.

sorry for the problem you have had.
When you place your booking someone else was doing in the same time and we only have 1 locker left.
The payment of the other one reach first our system and give them the locker. We have send you mail right away and make the refund int the same time.
We are of course so sorry for that but those are things that can happened.
