Very good. The on-line experience was clear, simple to follow and making a reservation was a cinch. It all had some positive reviews which made us first time users select this from the competition which was listed ahead of City Locker.

15 euros per half-day: obligation to take a full day and an advert "from 2 euros" which turns out to be 15 at the time of booking...

DO NOT book in advance, wait until the last minute. This service is designed for travelers, BUT it is not possible to change or modify any booking made... While trips change due to unforeseen events, delays, etc. Our site should clearly state that all bookings are definitive, and not just by looking in the terms and conditions. Even their FAQ doesn't make this clear.

I had to cancel my trip with my children because of CIVID, of course it was my son who was positive. But what can I do, go on my own... no Of course you offered me a credit note but I don't have a definite date. You're really not accommodating. I don't know if I'll call you again.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello and thank you for your feedback. You contacted us to let us know that you had cancelled your trip for a COVID reason, and we told you that the service was normally non-refundable, but that in view of your situation we would give you a credit note. I think it's fair to say that we were accommodating.
