The individual code for each locker is the locker number, which isn't very secure. So anyone who knows this trick can reserve a locker and go and open the others.

Hello, I would like to reassure you that the service is 100% secure. The codes are unique per locker and per day. We change all the codes every day. It is therefore impossible to open another locker.

I could not go to the locker because it is far from the Eiffel Tower and therefore can not give you my opinion except that they responded unfavorably to my request for refund.

We are located at 29 rue de l'exposition 75007 Paris, a 5-minute walk from the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. In your case, we are unable to issue a refund as explained above. The price advertised was 2 Euros, the price we paid was 12... misleading info. Then, we couldn't unlock the lockers very easily. Luckily we are engineers and worked it out!
