Very competent and friendly support by Eloïse. Instructions were very clearly communicated and response time was superb. For future, it may also be possible to ask the manufacturer if a direct communication between your customer and them would be possible. If so, this would reduce the need for back-and-forth texting. But nevertheless, with Eloïse, I could count on the issue being resolved, despite this inconvenience.
