I made a first order a year ago. The product (zipper attachment) broke so I made another order specifying my problem. No one contacted me to ask for explanations. So yes, it's not a fortune but if every year I have to invest 10€, it will get expensive in the end.

Indeed after checking the delivery tracking the package was delivered in 3 days instead of 2 days... We are sorry we depend on La Poste for the delivery of all our shipments.
They no longer guarantee the usual delivery times due to Covid19.
Since the deadlines were not respected we will refund you half of the shipping costs.
