Have you thought about contacting our customer service ([email protected]) in case the problem comes from the Zlideon slider? Please note that if your zipper is completely damaged, it is obvious that the Zlideon slider will be of no use.

Perfect. I had to exchange since I ordered the wrong model. There was no difficulty and even the return shipping was refunded. What more could I ask for!

This site is very good, and the products are functional overall, except sometimes there are some that do not want to work, especially on double slider zippers... too bad for me.
Good continuation

It doesn't work very well on boots but on coats it's impeccable.
