It's a shame that it's not possible to order multiple tile patterns yourself, but that this has to be complicated through customer service. The delivery also took a long time. However, the employee was very nice and helpful.

Regarding the breakage, as indicated in the order confirmation email, just indicate it on the delivery note, and we will replace the breakage right away. Moreover, the delivery costs incurred when ordering samples are completely deducted from your final tile order. I wish you a pleasant day.

Tiles that do not resemble the photos on the site at all. Visual rendering of poor quality. We are very disappointed. For returns, we even have to pay!

I am delighted to have received the requested samples. However, the initial format is 44x44 and the delivered squares are 22x22. I think it is not necessarily good form to deliver smaller tiles as they are not sufficiently representative. I must admit that I am a bit disappointed especially since we pay for these samples and their transport.
