Delivery service responsive even though disappointed with the ordered sample piece. Although the tile is whole (and not in pieces as other reviews lament) it has a design that looks 'fake' in reality compared to the photos.

Hello, you chose vintage tiles, or aged effect... on stoneware and stoneware ceramic, it's a digital impression, certainly of quality... but it will never replace the look of a real cement tile that ages and patinas over time. You will never have the same result, but we are also not in the same price range, nor in the same daily maintenance of the tile.
