13 days to receive my order when the commercial promise says 48 hours, it's disappointing. It still took FIVE days for the parcel to leave their warehouse. On top of that, no gift wrapping!

BULLS!!! I paid 6€ to receive the package at home (the purchased product was worth 9!), they delivered it elsewhere, in a store, and I paid 5€ bus tickets to go and pick it up!!!! Do the math: €20 for a product worth 9!!! I forget this Cosmé'chic company !!!
