I did not receive my order, delivery problem with mondial relais
No, and I am giving 1 star as order has never been delivered to me. on the date of delivery of my order i got a notification that my order got cancelled and i will get my amount refunded. But I would like to know the reason of cancellation so i am aware next time when placing the order.
No mail that I received my order at the relay point!

Delivery time not respected
Very disappointed I order on the site I receive an email to tell me that my order has been shipped and a few days later I am told that I will be refunded because my item is no longer in stock I do not understand why in this case I received an email saying that my order had been shipped is illogical especially if it is no longer in stock I do not recommend this site.
Order placed and sent on 2/11 with parcel number created. On 8/11, I received an email stating that my order was out of stock and therefore cancelled. I don't recommend it.

Very disappointed with my last two orders. In particular for one where I sent a message with a photo on the app because I had received blushes that had completely exploded! I'm still waiting for a reply from the after-sales service !!!!! Really disappointed, I don't think I'll be ordering from cosmé'chic again because of this, as I've lost products because they're unusable AND money. 😡
