A bit disappointed with my first order. Not about the products. I had to wait until early August to receive my order even though I placed it on July 11. I had to contact the site myself to find out where my order was. All that just to be told that a product was missing.

Following the order of four hair coloring boxes placed on the Cosmés'chic site, I am very disappointed. In the package, one of the boxes was damaged. The applicator bottle tip was broken and 3/4 of the product had spilled in the box, making it unusable. I contacted customer service to report it, but so far I have not heard back from them.
