I miss a box I have not received everything
I never really received anything. I bought three lipsticks from the real thing and it was all a rip-off. They never sent anything.
The products come without a box. I won't buy again.
I ordered a perfume on February 9th. I received a different perfume than the one I ordered 15 days later. I returned, at my own expense, the perfume that was received on March 1st by Cosm e9'Chic. Their customer service was supposed to get back to me within 48 hours, and a week later, no news and no refund.

I have not received my package. It was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours but it is almost 2 weeks now and still nothing.

I ordered a hybrid Emma mattress that was in virtual stock but not available in actual stock. Cosme Chic did not respond to the emails and chat I sent them. Fortunately, I went through PayPal for this purchase, which assisted me with the refund for this purchase. I do not recommend this company.
I ordered the new EMMA original mattress 2 and received the old one. Now that it is unpacked and fully inflated, I don't know how to return it....

Very disappointed non-compliant mattress as many on the reviews.do not recommend this site for mattresses .maybe a scam. I think they are clearing out the old models but insisted it was the right one!!!!!

Warning: not a serious site. I ordered an Emma Original II mattress on their site. In fact, I received the old model. I sent them an email to let them know, but they didn't reply. However, there are photos and the title of the Original II on the site. I couldn't reach customer service by phone to try and solve the problem and see if it was a shipping error on their part or if it was deliberate to rip off the customer. This site is not to be recommended. Maybe I'll change my mind after hearing from them.
The label on the parcel did not correspond to the model chosen. I therefore refused to accept the parcel. Awaiting refund.

13 days to receive my order when the commercial promise says 48 hours, it's disappointing. It still took FIVE days for the parcel to leave their warehouse. On top of that, no gift wrapping!

When I opened the eyelid base, some water leaked out and there was a bad smell. The product has expired. The face base has also expired because there was only oil in the product. It's a shame because I've only read good reviews on this site, which prompted me to order.
