A bit expensive shipping fees. And taxes for such a small package
This was not my shade
The products are at top prices. However, there is a lie about the delivery times, the 48-72 hours turns into more than 3 weeks, with no information provided on the tracking (one can have doubts... until receipt).

My package arrived open. A jar of mask was broken. Otherwise, the shampoos and masks smell very good.

I paid for home delivery but they sent it to a pickup location.
Parcel sent too late after my order. Ordered and paid on 11/12/24. Parcel sent on 16/12/24. Mail of 23/12/24 to collect it before 26/12/24 (out of vacation period from 22/12 to 28/12/24).

The adventure had started badly with the delivery of a product different from my order and inferior in range, but customer service was remarkably responsive in finding the best solution.
Seller not honest I canceled the order 5 min after its creation The seller sends me an email 3 days later to tell me that he could not cancel the shipment because the order must be canceled within minutes after the order I was refunded because I refused the package but no solution offered by the seller Thank you.

Parcel received 12 days after my order when a 48/72h delay was announced. No tracking information other than "shipped". I would have been happy to receive information about a delay in delivery. Product conforms to my order.

My order was sent in 2 parcels, one by post and the other by UPS. The latter was dropped off without contacting us at a pick-up point far from our home, because that's certainly what suited him best, so we didn't pick up our order. Every time a delivery is made by UPS, there is a problem, so without the certainty of a delivery by post, we will no longer recommend cosmechic.

The products I received were satisfactory. On the other hand, the range is getting smaller and smaller and I didn't find everything I wanted. Delivery costs are prohibitive. I don't think I'll be ordering from this site again.

I paid for home delivery and had to collect my parcel from a relay point in Juvisy without a car, which is not normal.

Inconsistency in delivery date and address with GLS. The parcel therefore arrived much later. Otherwise satisfactory products.
Package incomplete. I am missing a product. I have written to you but you have not replied.
I had ordered 2 products. I only received one. But the 2 products were invoiced and debited without explanation? Even though the second was out of stock? So I had to make a claim to be reimbursed for this product, which isn't very serious! It's a pity, because the products are top quality. I might recommend them again, provided such a mistake doesn't happen again.
Package well received but rather long delivery time: ordered on the 16th and received on the 27th.
