I had long had 2 De Buyer steel pans bought in a health store, and my last acquisition purchased on the brand's website: a 14 cm stainless steel Milady saucepan gives complete satisfaction with the caveat that on a 4-legged gas support and empty or containing less than 25 cl, it needs to be positioned well to avoid tipping. You get used to it very quickly and with its lid, there is no problem at all. It pours very well even very gently.

Package well packed and pans well protected. I haven't tested the seasoning wax and the steel pans yet. The non-stick pan is very good, it cooks well especially for fried eggs that remain very soft, I love it! I would have liked it to be induction compatible but well, you can't have it all, especially since for me it is just there to make the "transition" with the steel pans... The handle protector also does its job well, good quality and nice stitching. In short, you can see that the pans and accessories are of good quality, functional, durable, I hope to be able to use them for a long time, very long time and invest in beautiful pieces and good material like this! Perfect!
