Fast delivery and good packaging of the ordered products. The only small downside was that the cardboard protection of a lid was stuck in the stainless steel latch. By contacting customer service, I eventually got clarification on the type of key to use to unscrew and remove the piece of cardboard.
I just bought a second smaller frying pan than the previous one and I am delighted. It is true that at first the steel frying pan sticks a bit, but now it doesn't at all.
