I love DE BUYER pans. I already have 3: a crepe pan, a small pan for my eggs in the morning, and a nice sauté pan. Nothing sticks when the pan is well seasoned over time. They are significantly lighter than cast iron pans. For me, this is a big advantage. I use a removable handle for the crepe pan and the small pan, and I bought the sauté pan with a fixed handle. Both handles are perfect. The removable handle is very sturdy, it saves storage space.
