The broken part was easily found on the site, ordered and shipped extremely quickly. Two remarks: - shipping cost as expensive as the item which weighs only a few grams - gigantic package for a bag of 14 cm by 8 cm

It would be ideal if the roller had a board. It would be much easier to use.
Fast and careful delivery. As an individual, I dreamed of a reasonably sized laminator. De Buyer made it. It is compact (for this type of device) and very practical. The Alchimy cookware set completely meets my expectations. These are products of excellent quality. However, there is a disappointment regarding the ALCHIMY glass lid Ø 28cm (ref: 3428.28) purchased to accompany the CHOC EXTREME LOQY non-stick sauté pan Ø 28cm (ref: 8365.28). Unfortunately, it does not stay in place on the sauté pan.
