The pans are really high quality. I had a small problem with a frying pan that I hadn't fitted properly, and customer service was very helpful and responsive.
The delivery company didn't do their job (they didn't call me when I was at home, I suspect they didn't come at all...) but De Buyer reimbursed me for the delivery costs. The products are perfect

I've finally rebuilt a cookware set worthy of the name... Products of exceptional quality, a little expensive, but I can't afford to buy "cheap" quality that's bound to last over time... To the great delight of my daughter, who is an oncologist, I was finally able to put all the cooking utensils coated with this non-stick material in the garbage can. The copper-stainless steel alloy makes for easy cleaning and, above all, quick cooking thanks to the copper... Thank you for your very effective copper cleaning product, but given the price of your products, it could at least be offered...
