Perfect product. I did the culotte as indicated on the site. I then cooked sausages. It seemed to stick a little, but in fact after rinsing with hot water, no problem: I cooked fried eggs, with a little butter of course! No sticking. Very good product.

I'm very happy with my purchase, and I especially switched to De Buyer after the PFAS controversy, for which the SEB group's communication and lobbying were disastrous. I know that De Buyer also offers this type of product. I hope that you will change your product policy and that, at the very least, we won't hear you lobbying as the Seb group did!

Very good equipment that works as advertised: efficient cooking, easy cleaning. I bought 3 pans and received one handle which is sufficient in absolute terms. A second handle would not be superfluous in use. I ordered a second one at a very high price, including shipping.
