The pick-up point I had chosen was closed on the day of delivery, but I was able to collect my parcel from another pick-up point on the same day. My order was intact and in order. The only negative point was the gigantic size (approx. 15 liters) of the packaging compared to the 2 small items delivered.

The pan was pitted when I called your services the person told me to rub it with steel wool which I did, still the same condition then I lined it and on the electric plate it simply blackened not happy at all.
