I received a damaged item (it was very well packed, but the delivery by throwing the parcel over a 3m wall with a landing on paving stones didn't help matters!) Customer service was very friendly and responsive (thanks Martine) in sending a new pan, which I have just received. This is certainly the sign of a good brand. I already had a steel frying pan with which I'm very satisfied, and I'm continuing to equip myself little by little with quality equipment made in France and not disposable!
The saucepans are perfect, the frying pan is a bit heavy but suitable for induction hobs.
