I ordered an iron pancake pan and a stainless steel basin. These 2 items are of great quality and didn't cost me much. However, I'd advise the uninitiated like me to buy a stainless steel frying pan first and then an iron one, as maintenance is more complicated, especially when you're used to low-maintenance, low-end utensils.
