Long delivery compared to what is usually done for online purchases, and I'm not even talking about amaz... which I'm boycotting! In fact, delayed delivery isn't a problem as long as it's accompanied by tracking information. Here, it's like with the SNCF, the train is stopped in the middle of nowhere and we have no information!
