It's a shame in case of stock shortage it's not noted on your site and we cannot add to the cart, we have to call to understand the problem, and there we cannot order the item that will be available in 3 weeks and moreover a new shipping cost to order it when our first order was already free shipping without this item, why can't we order an item with a delay in backorder and thus have free shipping, it is not normal for the customer to bear a shipping cost for an item they ordered with free shipping with their entire order?
