I don't have enough experience yet... I've only used the stove once, after following the start-up instructions. I was a little disappointed to find that it colored rather irregularly, I will repeat the process before the 2nd use.

A small instruction leaflet would have been a plus, as well as a cleaning wipe. My wife bought a De Buyer from a retailer and got this. Otherwise, quality French style!

Very good material. The mobile version of the site (iOS) isn't great, the drop-down menus are sometimes weird and you get a bit lost. But the main thing is the quality of the products sold.

I'm just sad to see the huge cardboard box compared to the order. I find it sad and absurd that nowadays, 3 small sockets are sent in a cardboard box that can contain around 10kg of products... This same box, of course, filled with paper, although recyclable, remains waste, and of course the whole thing is sent at a cost of 10€. It would be nice to think of another shipping offer that is more respectful of the environment and the consumer, certainly the casings must be protected, but a box 5 times smaller would already have been perfect! Thanks again for the high-quality sockets!

I bought 2 knives, and I'm really delighted with my purchase. I'd been wanting to buy quality knives for a while, so I could enjoy cooking. Challenge met! On the other hand, the packaging is really disgraceful and I weigh my words. I received a parcel measuring about 60cm by 40cm and 20cm high for a paring knife and a chef's knife. Frankly, I understand the need to protect knives, but you can't go overboard.

The product was what I expected, but you should be more precise about pan measurements (how to measure the diameter). Personally, I made a mistake and bought a pan that was too small... Otherwise fast delivery.
