The product was not available at the "reseller" location: the list is therefore not up to date. The delivery time was very long: even if you are warned, it's a shame not to plan for a peak in activity at a key sales period. And what can I say about the packaging? The cardboard box was more than excessively large, and the product packaging far too modest for its price (a simple net)!

I've never been disappointed by De Buyer cooking products, which I've been using for over 5 years. I've just bought the steel frying pan. I've already used it twice and the cooking (scallops and steak) was really successful.

As well as learning how to "bottom" a pan, I'm learning to cook food differently. The steel and heat distribution (I'm on a gas fire) is nothing like the classic stoves with stone or other coatings. And the taste... not to mention the taste of the food, which is different and much better in my opinion. Frankly, I don't regret my investment. Bon appétit and happy new year to all SB.
