Excellent meat cooking

Based on the photos we've e-mailed you, we've given you an answer. We would like to point out that our stove is made of raw steel, which makes it an exceptionally robust product. Rough steel is renowned for its durability and strength, and may naturally show slight marks which in no way affect the performance of the stove.

Carton arrived broken and the handle of my frying pan completely out of the box and obviously it took a shock so I find it a shame to receive a package like that at the price of items. And I contacted the service but no more answer

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with our product. We would like to point out that our stoves are made of raw steel, which makes them extremely robust. Our stoves have no surface treatment to protect them from rust. It is possible for a steel pan to rust.
