With De Buyer, you are never disappointed. I already had a 28 cm mineral B pan and two kitchen knives, and this time I ordered the carbon steel crepe pan plus 30 cm. The quality of Buyer is undeniable, I use these utensils every day, and they will still be around when I am no longer. It is a real pleasure to cook with these pans, and the maintenance is extremely simple. Hot water, a good drying, a spray of oil, a wipe with absorbent paper, and it's done.
