Ordering things was OK. The major problem: I have not seen the return/refund options/policy. I have contacted your customer support and got a link to the page in French with instructions on how to fill out the form (French only) and that I need to send things back and that you refund only for unused items. This was not a problem in my case, but far away from my experience with Amazon. Where all this is much more convenient. On top of it, I need to pay transport costs on my own and still do not have any reply from your customer service 🙁
