The product meets my expectations and the quality is there! The only downside is the many difficulties with the delivery company used by DeBuyer... Lack of information, last-minute delivery delays, saturated pickup points. This strongly detracts from the brand image of the products.

At the top, from the moment you pick it up, you can feel the quality of the product. A slightly heavy pan but it cooks food with an incomparable flavor. This is not my first purchase and I am gradually replacing my pans and pots that are damaged with De Bruyère ones. I am delighted.

Delivery and timing nothing to say. Beautiful quality of professional mandoline. I would have appreciated if the manual specified in more detail how to cut and position the vegetables in the cart before activating the cut.... because I still need to practice.... to achieve the desired results!
