Hello, the "sauté pan" product has been received and it is of very good quality, it is different from other utensils I have used before for the same need. However, I regret receiving it 8 days after my order confirmation. On your website, it is stated 3-4 days delay for delivery but it was only after I called your customer service to ask where my order was that the package was prepared and then sent. I was explained that you had received many requests at the same time and that the additional delay was due to that. I understand but at that price and with this indication on your website, it is misleading. Thank you.
