Very good little blini pan. I bought it to make my breakfast egg and it makes a delicious fried egg with a thick white. I have several de Buyer pans and I'm very happy with them. From time to time, you need to run a little oil into the pan and then wipe off the excess oil with a paper towel. In fact, these stoves can get rust stains if you don't look after them properly. If you only maintain them from time to time with a little oil (e.g. olive oil), De Buyer frying pans are indestructible, and the food you fry in them is delicious...

Very sturdy, fast cooking, I was able to test it with sautéed rice for example and nothing stuck. The pan is sturdy, the grip is good and it works the forearm. Heats up fast and strong, cleans up quickly with a quick splash of hot water and a paper towel, then a drop of oil, again with a paper towel, and you're done.
