Three out of 4 of the bags of pellets ordered were burst open in the box.
I placed my order on 08/08, today is 08/16 and it still hasn't been delivered. It won't be delivered on Sunday 08/17 either. So at best on 08/18, while you announced a delivery between 3 and 7 days.

The order was super easy to place, however, the delivery is catastrophic! The delivery company did not deliver to the home as agreed. As a result, out of the 3 packages I was supposed to receive in 48 hours, I only received one. The store is great, even perfect, but they should consider changing the delivery method! 5* for Deconinck. 0* for DPD.

Disappointed with my order, there was no 6 mm corn peeler available, why wasn't I offered the 4 or 8 since those were in stock, and in exchange, I requested 6 mm Hallibut and was provided with 4. This is the first time I've had an issue.

Hello, I would like to point out that this may not be related to the store, but there is a packaging problem, two of my flour bags are punctured and flour is everywhere in the box. The method of using wire to close the bags is not suitable as it punctures or tears the packaging

I ordered 2 boxes of dumble pellets, I received 2 boxes of super skrill.
Two out of three packages were damaged, one pellet bag was torn open and the 5-liter hemp oil can was punctured.
Very poor quality item, the piezo works but doesn't light the stove, so you need a lighter.

It's a bit large and difficult to bait hempseed. If one day, however, you come across real 'monster' hempseed, please let me know, I would buy it, even if it's expensive. I give 3 stars, but well... not for the hempseed...
