I am satisfied with this fishing tackle supplier, with its wide choice and fair prices. However, I am very surprised by the silence of Deconing's after-sales service, concerning a question I asked them about a telescopic rod. I'm still waiting for an answer to a simple question. I even get reminders to order. I only give them 3 stars.

Bubble wrap should be used to protect fragile items! No visible impact on the outside of the box! No for the poor packaging: the box was too big and the reels were no longer in their packaging. No for the delivery person: didn't come to my home and the parcel was dropped off at their branch 17 km from my home. I was only given one parcel at first and finally the second, but I had to ask for it back, with unpleasant Chronopost agents. That's how it happened to me.
