No for the poor packaging: the box was too big and the reels were no longer in their packaging. No for the delivery person: didn't come to my home and the parcel was dropped off at their branch 17 km from my home. I was only given one parcel at first and finally the second, but I had to ask for it back, with unpleasant Chronopost agents. That's how it happened to me.
