I received my package a package was torn all scattered in the box

The tip of the cane broke when I tried to use it.

Product not tested but packaging very and too light. I ordered 4 cans of 5 liters of molasses, the box arrived completely exploded. You must make an effort in this area. Otherwise, the delivery time was just right.

Unfortunately, the order is missing an item.

Parcel received well in advance but 2 boxes of boilies burst in transit. a shame otherwise everything was fine.

The product received (corn gaude) is odorless...I sent the same message last week so, if redundant, ignore it.

Hello, I bought a Sensas Douy float with on the picture a red antenna, and this is really one of the reasons why I bought it, received with yellow antenna. Beware of the announced 24 hours shipping time: I placed my order on Wednesday morning before 09:00 am, package handed over to the carrier on Friday evening 17:00 pm !!!!! Not very serious, so I will recommend a float with red antenna, but not from Deconinck.

Very long waiting time for delivery

The order was dropped off in a center where I had to move to withdraw it despite my presence at home, the driver did not pass and I had paid 20€ of delivery at home.not happy at all since no refund was made.
