I have received part of the order and am waiting for the rest, i.e. the landing net and the 4th section of my landing net handle. The parcel with the landing net handle contained 3 sections (i.e. 3.60 instead of 4.section i.e. 4m20...) I await your explanations. ... cordially. Michel B

Order placed on 17 /07 received on 7/08 . Delivery time too long . On the other hand, the parcel complied and was very well packaged.

Not disappointed by the products ordered but disappointed because I was not warned of the arrival of the parcel at the relay point. After phoning you, the person I spoke to told me that this was normal as I had chosen the cheapest delivery option, so there was a longer delay. For the record, I didn't choose any carrier because the price of my order meant free delivery. What's more, there's no tracking number, which is a real shame! However, I will certainly recommend other items but next time it would be nice to have a faster delivery. 5 days with only 1h30 drive separating us is a lot.
