I'm very happy with my order, apart from the fact that I have an item that doesn't match. I've been waiting 3 days for news of its return.

Order placed on 17 /07 received on 7/08 . Delivery time too long . On the other hand, the parcel complied and was very well packaged.

Team deconinck very good, on the other hand deliveryman surely threw the parcels result a bag of pellet pierced as well as a seal of pellet broken many this found themselves at the bottom of the box having seals that is not serious, but annoying.

Not disappointed by the products ordered but disappointed because I was not warned of the arrival of the parcel at the relay point. After phoning you, the person I spoke to told me that this was normal as I had chosen the cheapest delivery option, so there was a longer delay. For the record, I didn't choose any carrier because the price of my order meant free delivery. What's more, there's no tracking number, which is a real shame! However, I will certainly recommend other items but next time it would be nice to have a faster delivery. 5 days with only 1h30 drive separating us is a lot.

Hello, I bought a Sensas Douy float with on the picture a red antenna, and this is really one of the reasons why I bought it, received with yellow antenna. Beware of the announced 24 hours shipping time: I placed my order on Wednesday morning before 09:00 am, package handed over to the carrier on Friday evening 17:00 pm !!!!! Not very serious, so I will recommend a float with red antenna, but not from Deconinck.

Delay in sending. Should have been sent on Wednesday, was sent on Friday.
