Delivery time not respected and very largely exceeded, not received the gift of compensation!

The order was dropped off in a center where I had to move to withdraw it despite my presence at home, the driver did not pass and I had paid 20€ of delivery at home.not happy at all since no refund was made.

Usually everything is fine. But the last order they were wrong size of hook ordered and the box arrived all open because too full the tape did not hold.

O ordered roasted peanut powder, it was barely powdered and it wasnt homogenous at all. When mixing with water it separated instantly. Threw it all away instantly... The shipping was really fast, but that doesnt really matter in my case. Im sure it was just a mistake expecting the wrong item when ordering. My review doesnt mean this is a bad website but just that my experience was bad. Please do you own thorough research.

I put 3 stars because question material is good: everything was there and in good condition. question delivery time is not great (I waited 12 days to receive my equipment while with the DPD delivery, delivery time of 24a 48h. (that's why I had made the order with you because I needed this material as soon as possible) For future orders, is there not a way that it goes faster. I ordered material in France and Holland and 2 days later, it was at home.

Unfortunately the sleeve ordered does not allow to correctly receive 3 rods of 13 feet because of its too short length and its roundness. However, we are very pleased with the respect of the delivery time.

After trying for several hours to put the line through the rod I gave up, this is the first time after almost 60 years of fishing that I get rid of a rod without even having fished once with it.

The materials are very well packed. On the other hand the delivery company GLS does not take into account to deliver well or they were told. For my delivery the parcels were deposited in front of the entrance door in view of everyone .... Bad point for GLS except the hyper fast delivery As for Deconinck not even a small commercial gesture in the package to retain their customers .........

Ordered monster hemp. Well received and well packaged, but the hemp is of very poor quality despite the expiration date of 09/2024. Half, if not more, of the grains are rotten and I found live worms in the plastic packaging bag. I haven't tested the germination yet but I am very apprehensive about the result.
