After trying for several hours to put the line through the rod I gave up, this is the first time after almost 60 years of fishing that I get rid of a rod without even having fished once with it.

The box arrived broken and one of the primer packets was open and part of the primer in the box was not strong enough

Product arrived open results full of additives everywhere poorly protected quite disappointed

The materials are very well packed. On the other hand the delivery company GLS does not take into account to deliver well or they were told. For my delivery the parcels were deposited in front of the entrance door in view of everyone .... Bad point for GLS except the hyper fast delivery As for Deconinck not even a small commercial gesture in the package to retain their customers .........

Upon receipt of my package, much too loaded in my opinion, cardboard torn, 2 bags of primer pierced.

Presence of flats on the caps in two places (as if the caps were crushed) I test this weekend to see if there is no impact on the flotation

Ordered monster hemp. Well received and well packaged, but the hemp is of very poor quality despite the expiration date of 09/2024. Half, if not more, of the grains are rotten and I found live worms in the plastic packaging bag. I haven't tested the germination yet but I am very apprehensive about the result.

I ordered 12 sp s 12 garboliaino floats and I didn't even get 20 cm of silicone rings

I have always been satisfied with my orders but I received my package in a pitiful state, carton ripped off with an open bag of flour!

I ordered an element for my rod with reversed take-up of the Milo brand, in June 2022. After a dozen emails and phone calls, I finally managed after 6 months of patience to receive the ordered element. You have to be patient when you have to deal with the after-sales service of Deconninck... Fortunately I was entitled to a commercial gesture, which I appreciated. Sincerely

The cane and not really see at all what I expected!!?

The delivery time is satisfactory: order placed on November 29th, shipped the next day and received on December 2nd 🙂 All the articles corresponded to their description. A little problem with the packaging of the products which is very rudimentary: no protection in the package containing a Savage Gear landing net and the other small items (here half rings from Black Cat so nothing fragile fortunately) were in the same package, without any security... All items arrived without any damage or loss. Apart from this drawback concerning the packaging, the prices seem to me to be correct if we compare them to the competitors' sites, we are offered a large choice of articles for all the techniques both in fresh water and in sea. Another element which, I find, is not negligible: the navigation on the site and the various categories is fluid, the menu is simple but remains complete what facilitates the navigation when one seeks a precise type of article. To conclude, I will not hesitate to recommend this site to passionate people who want to make good deals 🙂

Good delivery, good flours but the giant corn is not so good, full of charencon, to see next time

Very good products, well protected and delivered quickly. It is a pity that the touch sensor box does not contain any explanatory note or a precise description of the product.

Order received in time unfortunately incomplete: unassembled hooks missing from the package ....

Hello sir I am happy with the material but dissatisfied with the delay and the non respect of the deadlines without a commercial gesture that you promised.

The site is terribly selling and I thought I would become a fervent customer for my needs in baits and lures. and for good reason I had finally found some chenevis in grain!...called "monster" so ideal for fishing! At the reception, deception and the kilo was joined the 5kgs of seeds that I had miraculously found to bait too bad!

Disappointed by the quality of the silk, too bad I had to send it back

Hello, I wanted to buy a rod for carpodrome and I bought this Pack Power Match Parallel 204 11m50 Sensas with an optional strippa assembly at 30 euros. the next day, I received an email asking me to call a technician, what I did. And there, surprise, he tells me that it is a blank rod and that we do not know how to make a strippa mounting while this pack is well and truly listed on your site in the "carpodrome rod pack" with the option of a Strippa mounting.I was offered a white elastic assembly (which is worth 20 euros on the site) without even a proposal for a refund; I find this a bit "limited" because the 2 errors (rod placed in the wrong section on your site and no proposal for a refund of 10 euros) come from you. That said, everyone can make mistakes and that's not why I will no longer order from you.
