Everything is perfect. Very happy with the article and the shipping was very fast.
I ordered 2 rolls of wallpaper with the same reference and they sent me 2 different batches where each roll was made with a different material. To return the products, they made me bear the shipping costs. Very bad experience
From your order, you bought a product from our Outlet and another normal one, assuming that when buying from Outlet the dye may change, plus it is a product that does not accept exchanges or returns.

Shipping took long and track & trace was very vague. Quality of the fabrics is good but for the price of the samples I would have expected the samples to be a bit bigger. Prices of the fabrics are high.
When you purchase samples, a discount coupon is generated based on the value of each sample. In other words, if you buy 2 samples (€6), a discount coupon is generated that you can apply when purchasing the full roll of fabric or paper.
If you choose high-end fabrics, the prices are standard for that category.

Very good material
While I was delighted with the first mural I bought, I can't say the same about the last order. The calculator indicated that it was necessary to purchase 3 rolls of BETULA Villa Nova when (unlike other websites that indicated only 2 rolls). The reality is that 2 would have been more than enough and you do not accept the return of this third roll. Conclusion: this is the second and last time I buy on this website.
