Shipping took long and track & trace was very vague. Quality of the fabrics is good but for the price of the samples I would have expected the samples to be a bit bigger. Prices of the fabrics are high.
When you purchase samples, a discount coupon is generated based on the value of each sample. In other words, if you buy 2 samples (€6), a discount coupon is generated that you can apply when purchasing the full roll of fabric or paper.
If you choose high-end fabrics, the prices are standard for that category.

I requested a sample and received it very quickly but then when I went to place the order, it turns out that the paper was discontinued and I found out because I called the store beforehand, otherwise I would have placed the order and then been surprised. I lost the three euros for the sample for nothing. They should check stock before sending samples.
In this case, it was a specific misunderstanding, as the paper was discontinued just after the sample was sent.

Hello! I bought a sample of paper on April 6 and it took more than 3 months to deliver!!! On July 9 they notified me of its delivery. I doubt anyone could be happy with this service.

The wallpaper is very good but the shipping is not, they left it at a pickup point and did not notify me, and then the person attending at the pickup point was very rude, as they did not tell me at Decoandyou which transport company it was, they said that without that information they did not know which was my order. A bit surreal

Shipping was delayed for a long time. Although they communicated this to me after I made the purchase (very attentive service), I expected some kind of compensation for the delay. The paper is very beautiful and there is a lot of variety to choose from the best brands on the market.
The wallpaper is very nice, the delivery of the product was delayed several days (more than 10 days) everything else is ok

The sample does not come protected and therefore arrives quite wrinkled, and the piece of the drawing part of the paper they sent me is not the most suitable to give you an idea of how it would look.
The order tracking was not updated and there was no indication anywhere about the estimated time it would take for the order. In my case, I had to call twice to check if the order was placed and its expected arrival.
