We bought two rolls of wallpaper and it turns out that each roll has a different tint, making them unusable. The company does not take responsibility for the mistake, so we feel completely deceived and scammed. I do not recommend buying from this store because it is not reliable at all.

Since it is an online purchase, they did not accept the refund, although initially they committed to its return, but later it was not the case, a situation not suitable for a company, as it represents disparity of behavior among the staff.
I REQUESTED A SAMPLE OF WALLPAPER FROM BORAS TAPETER AND AFTER A MONTH OF WAITING, AND SENDING A FEW EMAILS, I HAD TO CALL 2 TIMES FOR THEM TO PAY ATTENTION TO ME. AFTER THAT, IN JUST ONE WEEK I RECEIVED IT BECAUSE THEY SENT IT URGENTLY.

I received the samples I requested (VERY QUICKLY) but the color that arrived was not what I expected, I was looking for something more light pink for my daughter's room... The design is very nice but the color is too strong in my opinion 🙁 I will buy more samples to see if I find the color I am looking for, I would like to wallpaper and have everything ready before Christmas.
The paper arrived damaged at one end, so when placed it looks imperfect and it is impossible to avoid it being noticeable, as it is wrinkled along its entire length.
We feel deceived by the return policy. In no case did we interpret that the wallpaper could not be returned. Since the warning only informs you about the paper's dyeing issue, not because it cannot be returned... poor information on the website. We would never have bought a paper that could not be returned. Thank you.
