Hello! I bought a sample of paper on April 6 and it took more than 3 months to deliver!!! On July 9 they notified me of its delivery. I doubt anyone could be happy with this service.

The shipping has been a disaster, more than 15 days, and without any information, the customer service was bad too, in fact, I sent an email to complaints and they haven't replied. I will not buy again.

Absolutely delighted with Deco&you. After several disappointments with physical stores in Valencia, where the service had not been adequate, I stumbled upon the Deco&you website while looking for a mural that I had fallen in love with. I highlight the excellent customer service at all times. I was nervous because it was a custom mural, with a special print and fabric, and they answered all my doubts and questions both by phone and email, the girls were very attentive. They also recommended an installer with whom I couldn't be happier. Cristian did a spectacular job ??, and he is a true professional. I will send photos of how well my room turned out, I will upload some more when the custom furniture is assembled.

Product exactly as the samples I requested previously. The DELIVERY was super fast. Much earlier than the estimated time. Perfect packaging. I just don't feel very comfortable with the site. Not very intuitive and I couldn't access my customer area. I only completed the purchase as a guest.
