We received the wrong parcel, but sav responded very quickly to our return (-24h). However, we were asked to send the parcel back and we would like to keep it as a gesture of goodwill so that we can give it as a gift this weekend, otherwise we won't get any presents.

I had a problem with the packaging (wrong items received); however, the after-sales service was top notch! The right items were sent very quickly and part of the order was refunded. I can therefore recommend Les Déglingos.

Easy order and fast delivery. The only problem was that there was no message to tell me that my order had arrived at the relay point. I had to call the relay point to get the information. Too bad
